Last Minute Assignments

I am convinced that teachers come together and decide their syllabus' on each others class.  How come every semester, there are 3 or more end of the year papers or presentations that all come at once.  Why?  Is it not stressful enough for us that we need to ace our finals in order to achieve the grade that we need?  Instead, we also have a 15 page paper thats due the week before our big final, good idea. 

Well, we can only complain about it so much, and I wouldn't take my perspective on how to handle this.  I load my work up and work on it only on Sundays and Mondays.  Once Wednesday comes, I dont do any more homework till Sunday.  Yea not the greatest way to go about it, but I manage.  Just make sure you have everything written down that you need to get done, before you begin doing your work that day/night.

Ok, done with school talk, thank god its almost summer.  As for my other main topic for this blog, the Flyers.  Beat the Penguins in 6 games.  The series was the greatest one I have ever seen.  Now we are on the Devils.  I dont think I can explain my hate for this team.  I am from New Jersey also but i cant stand this team.  The style of play is boring and hard to watch.  Next game we gotta figure out how to get past their neutral zone trap, because they shut us down the second half of the game, bad.

Nect Topic: Money

Now, as we all know, college students run through money like no other.  Well, right off the bat, most of my money goes to alcohol, not gunna lie.  And it is hard for us students to find the jobs to pay for our wants and needs.  So, this topic of Tough College Life, is money.  Especially when your 21, money goes faster than it comes.

There's not much more to say about money, self explanatory really.  But for a better topic, Flyer's actually won last night.  Good to see Bryz win a shoot for the first time in ages.  Dropped down to the 5th spot on the Eastern conference though.  We gotta pick this up.

First Topic: Grades

      I think it is time for a first post.  I have never blogged before or let alone have no clue what I would even start off to blog about.  I kinda enjoyed the assignment of starting one because I have always found them interesting.  Well as you can tell from the title, college can be a bumpy road.  I want to post the first speed bump college students are bound to run into.  I know its obvious but lets just get it out of the way then.  Yes, there are smart students out there who don't have much to complain about heir grades, but if you can tell me once when you were upset with your grade you received, i would say your lying.  Just this passed semester I received a C- in one my courses.  needed a C because it was my minor.  Now considering I am a senior and am close to get out of here, I didn't have time to take it again so i was forced to drop that Minor.  So yes, one of the first speed bump we run into in our college lives is grades setting us back.

     Now for another topic, as i said in the About Me, I am a Flyer fan.  So uhh we have now lost to the Rangers 7 straight.  had a chance to catch up when we played Islanders and Jersey, but nope, we lost both, then to the Rangers after the Devils loss and just yesterday.  Got the Red Wings tonight and I am not too sure how we r gunna do.  Bryz is just looking like a bad off-season move right now.  Should have waited for Bob to excel like hes is doing and put the money somewhere else like a decent D because Prongers done.  Well hopefully before the next post we get a win so i can say somethin positive about them, until then enjoy this and let me hear some grade stories, and maybe some answers to why the Flyers are in a slump.
